There is only self-authorship with wanting something more (for yourself, hopefully as a way to enable others). Citing Jung, the world will ask you who you are; if you do not know, the world will tell you. This is where creativity starts and ends. It is the place that brings aesthetics (differentiation) to what you do for a living and the north star your professional compass is pointing to. Corporate support mechanisms such as HR, success programs, and other protocols will exist while working within organizations. To be able to engage with these without the subtle resentment of feeling faceless, you need to connect, reconnect, and eventually care about your opinions and creativity.
Self-authorship cannot exist without self-curiosity.
This week, I invite you to consider where you go when you look for yourself (at work).
