Both are based on amassing and optimizing instead of being thoughtful with what you have and practicing self-authorship.
Scale, the obvious invisible inertia here, and a business culture that never questions it will bleed into how you think about yourself, your time, and the people you consider connected to.
The alternative is opening these words for their meaning. What is a network, connection, efficiency, work time, and even more ‘what is work.’
