Flow
Like water, care needs to flow. When blocked by communication channels, economic models, or leadership, it will inevitably create dissonance. In these places, the inner, expansive self can see and is eager to provide value but is blocked by the executive self. It is up to the executive self to develop structures for this care to flow. It is the strategic (lack of) action, the big career move, the consistency of writing practice, or the nurturing of a relationship with no immediate goal in sight.
Without the flow of care, there is no connectivity, no ecosystem where we can develop our intuition while helping others do the same.
