Consistency materializes small actions. Anything else will be a campaign for change, which cannot be sustained without external intervention.
Change is realized over time. We are surrounded by moments of change that are not actualized. Actualizing comes through language, habits, and new communication. The real magic happens on the Tuesday morning, months after a transformative moment. The bridge from a transformative moment to an open space and systematic change is an active curiosity. Curiosity about the self, and creativity about the future. Confusingly, springing into action is the shortest path to do what you always have been doing. Active curiosity, over time, is the best way to realize change.
Axiom: we are surrounded by threads of change that start and fade before we engage with them.
