Building bridges between ambitions and actions allows for a healthy flow of creativity and feedback from the world.
Surprisingly, the tricky part is finding the words to articulate ambitions and having the words to turn them into actions, rather than focusing on accountability or how-tos. Those are easier to come by and can be easily found online (/in AI).
YOUR ambitions makes YOUR actions. Creating an individuated space of thinking is the first step in self-leadership. A space to articulate your aspirations first (before your collaborators’) in a way that lets them mature into actions (agnostic of return, clients, or money) will allow you to be yourself while doing good with good people for good money. With bias, that space exists in coaching, but not only.
This week, I invite you to think about where you write for yourself, because that is the only writing that matters.
